I loved doing Jessica’s makeup for her Texas Hill Country Wedding! I was originally contacted by a former bride of mine and now turned event planner (extraordinaire!), Alisha with Dalish Events. Jessica and I then talked about what look she wanted to capture with her makeup; we talked about romantic, natural, and a timeless application. What we came up with was a glowing, soft face with touches of pink on the cheeks and lips. We added lashes so hers would look fuller but still be undetectable, even while she was hugging and talking to her closest friends and family. I can’t begin to tell you how well photographer Jennifer Lindberg captured Jessica’s sweet demeanour and the whole feel of this beautiful day. She was calm cool and collected as she showed her family and wedding party how to drape their Sari’s before the ceremony. This wedding was full of mixed culture, style, and sophistication. Stephanie’s makeup was understated and beautiful and brought out her eyes and fabulous cheek bones. We went with a copper/brown smoky eye that really complimented her complextion.
